How natural does the AI voice sound?

Very natural. We use ElevenLabs, the industry leader in voice AI, with sub-300ms latency. Callers often can't tell it's an AI. The voice handles pauses, interruptions, and emotional cues like a human receptionist would.

Can I use my existing phone number?

We set up a new local number via Twilio by default. Connecting to your existing phone number or system is possible but requires coordination with your telecom provider (for number porting, call forwarding, or time-based routing). We'll guide you through the process.

What happens with complex calls the AI can't handle?

The AI follows your escalation rules. It can transfer to a specific team member, take a detailed message with callback info, or offer to schedule a follow-up. You define the rules, and the AI follows them.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. It's month-to-month with no annual contract. You pay the one-time setup fee, then a monthly plan based on your call volume. Cancel anytime. Most clients stay because they see ROI quickly.

How does the pricing work?

You choose a monthly plan that includes a set number of minutes. Additional minutes are billed at €0.20 per minute. An average 2-minute call costs €0.40. For context, a full-time receptionist costs €2,500+ per month.

What languages does the AI support?

The AI receptionist supports French, English, Dutch, and German. Each phone line is configured for one language to ensure optimal voice quality and comprehension. If you need multiple languages, we set up one line per language.

Can the AI book appointments directly?

Not yet, but we're actively working on it. Today, the AI collects the caller's details and preferred times, then sends you a summary so you can confirm the booking. Direct calendar integration is on our roadmap.
