Join the Team
We're looking for curious people who are passionate about AI and want real impact.
Open positions
We grow through partnerships and flexible collaborations.
AI Developer
You help build AI-powered tools, automations, and applications using TypeScript and AI platforms. You work in a small team where your contributions have direct impact across a variety of client projects. Junior profiles welcome.
Responsibilities
- Develop scripts and services in TypeScript (Python is a plus)
- Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, and third-party services into client projects
- Build and contribute to Astro and Next.js frontends
- Debug, test, and improve client projects
- Collaborate directly with clients: answer technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and relay feedback to the team
Profile
- You code and you love it. Good knowledge of TypeScript
- GitHub with projects you're proud of
- Genuinely curious: you dig into how things work and learn new tools on your own
- Comfortable with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor...)
- Familiar with basic DevOps (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
- Clear, friendly written communication in French and English
- Able to work independently and manage your own priorities
Business Analyst
You help us roll out AI packages at our clients. You sit with them, understand their workflow, configure our solutions, write and tune prompts, and make sure everything actually works in their real environment. The job is part analysis, part configuration, part prompt engineering, and a lot of common sense and clear written communication.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery sessions with clients to understand their needs and processes
- Configure and parameterize Flowful.ai packages for each client
- Write, test, and iterate on prompts to get reliable, useful outputs
- Test deployments end-to-end and validate results with the client
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for clients during rollout
- Relay client feedback to the technical team and help shape the product
Profile
- Excellent written communication: clear, structured, friendly emails and messages
- Strong common sense and a knack for breaking down messy problems
- Comfortable with AI tools and curious about how LLMs work (no coding required, but you should not be afraid of technical topics)
- Experience in consulting, business analysis, product, or customer-facing tech roles is a plus
- Native or fluent French; English or Dutch is a strong plus
- Autonomous, organized, and at ease juggling several clients in parallel
ML / Data Backend Engineer
Help us solve real business problems for large clients with production-grade ML. You build and operate the infrastructure behind our ML and data pipelines, and you are as comfortable training a gradient boosting model as shipping it through a container pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain ML pipelines end-to-end, with MLflow or equivalent for tracking and model registry
- Train and operate gradient boosting models (XGBoost, LightGBM...) for online or offline inference
- Contribute to LLM projects when needed: fine tuning, on-premise inference, small or compact models
- Build and operate streaming workflows with Kafka and Flink or equivalent
- Package and ship services with Docker, orchestrate with Kubernetes when needed
- Set up CI/CD, observability, and cost controls around ML workloads
Profile
- Experienced engineer with a track record of shipping ML systems to production
- Strong Python, solid SQL
- Gradient boosting frameworks (XGBoost, LightGBM...) in training and inference
- MLflow or equivalent for experiment tracking and model lifecycle
- Strong hands-on Docker required, Kubernetes is a plus
- Streaming stacks (Kafka, Flink, or equivalent)
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- LLM work (fine tuning, on-premise inference, small or compact models) is a strong plus
- Fluent English required, French is a plus
- Autonomous, remote-friendly, small-team mindset
