How much do the packages cost?
Each package has a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription covering hosting, monitoring, and tuning. Pricing is shown on each package page. Setup typically ranges from a few hundred to a few thousand euros, and monthly plans start at around €60. Custom requirements are scoped after a short discovery call.
How long does deployment take?
Most packages go live in 2 to 4 weeks. We start with a kickoff call, connect to your data and tools, deploy a working prototype within 1 to 2 weeks, then iterate with you before going live.
Can packages be customized or combined?
Yes. Every package is customized to your tone, processes, and data. You can also combine several packages (for example a web chatbot plus email automation) since they all run on Vectoria, so knowledge and context are shared.
What is Vectoria and why does it matter?
Vectoria is your private AI knowledge engine. It indexes your documents, websites, and databases in one place, applies your business rules, and powers every Flowful package from a single source of truth. It means consistent answers, shared analytics, and no duplicated work when you add more packages later.
Is my data safe and GDPR compliant?
Yes. All packages are hosted in the EU by default, your data is encrypted, never used to train public models, and stays under your control. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request and can deploy on-premise for sensitive industries.
What support is included after launch?
Every subscription includes monitoring, bug fixes, content updates, and regular tuning of the AI. You also get a dashboard with usage and accuracy metrics. Contracts are month-to-month, with no long-term lock-in, and your data is always exportable.
Can I offer these packages to my own clients (white label)?
