Frequently Asked Questions
How is a PoC different from the 1-day Audit?
The audit maps the landscape and tells you which problems are worth solving. A PoC tests one of those problems in practice. Many clients start with an audit, pick the top opportunity, then commission a PoC on it.
How much does a PoC cost?
Most PoCs land between 4,000 and 12,000 EUR, depending on the format, data volume, and integrations needed. We give a fixed price after a free scoping call, and subsidies often cover a significant part of it for Belgian companies.
What data do we need to provide?
A representative slice is enough: a few hundred to a few thousand records, documents, conversations, or transactions. We sign a DPA and NDA before touching anything, and data stays under your control throughout.
What if the PoC fails?
That is a valid, useful outcome. You save months of wasted investment, keep the code and the learnings, and have a clear document explaining why this specific approach will not work. We would rather kill a bad idea in two weeks than drag it for six months.
Does the PoC become the production system?
Sometimes yes, often partially. The architecture and prompts usually carry over. The UI, hardening, and scaling are rewritten in the full build so the production system is not held together by prototype duct tape.
Who is on the PoC team?
