DIGITAL & MARKETING AGENCIES
AI for Digital & Marketing Agencies
Your clients are asking for AI. Building it in-house means hiring skills you do not have yet, and saying no means someone else gets the retainer. We are the third option: you own the relationship, we build and run the technology.
Two ways agencies use us, and most end up doing both
Agencies come to us either to sell AI to their own clients without hiring an AI team, or to automate the parts of agency life that do not scale: audits, proposals, lead qualification. The first adds a revenue line, the second gives back the hours to sell it.
- White-label delivery: your brand, your domain, your pricing, our build
- A new retainer line that does not require an AI hire on your payroll
- Automated audits and lead magnets that qualify prospects while you sleep
- We stay invisible to your client unless you want us in the room
- Fixed setup and monthly costs, so you can price your margin with confidence
Why AI is awkward for an agency to sell
Every agency we talk to has hit at least two of these. They are the reason good AI opportunities get passed on.
The skills gap is expensive to close
One competent AI engineer costs more than the first few AI projects will bring in, and the hire has to be made before the pipeline exists.
Clients want proof, not slideware
AI pitches convert when there is a working thing to show. Building a demo per prospect is not billable and rarely gets done.
Maintenance never ends
A chatbot is not a website. It needs monitoring, retuning and a person on the hook when it answers something wrong at 11pm.
Your own delivery is still manual
Audits, proposals, reporting and lead qualification eat the hours you would need to build a new offer in the first place.
What we build with agencies
White-label AI packages
Our six packages, deployed under your brand on your domain. You set the retail price, we deliver and maintain. Your client never has to know we exist.
Automated website audits
Turn a manual hour-long audit into a branded report generated in minutes. It doubles as the best lead magnet an agency can put on its own site.
AI lead magnets
Interactive forms that give a prospect something genuinely personalised (a tailored PDF, a generated image) in exchange for their details. Far better conversion than an ebook.
Client-facing chatbots
Deploy a product-aware chat widget for each client, trained on their catalogue and content, managed centrally by you.
Proposal and reporting automation
Generate on-brand proposals and client reports from structured inputs, so the work that never gets billed stops taking a day.
Booking and phone cover for clients
Resell AI-ready appointment booking and a 24/7 phone receptionist to the local-business clients already on your books.

We scope your client base
A call to work out which of your existing clients the packages already fit. Usually there are more than you expect, and one of them is ready this quarter.
You price it, we cost it
You get our partner pricing and set your own retail margin. Fixed setup and monthly figures, so your quote is safe to send.
We build under your brand
Your domain, your look, your name on it. We can join calls as your team or stay entirely behind the scenes. Your call, per client.
We run it, you keep the relationship
Hosting, monitoring and retuning are ours. The client, the invoice and the retainer stay yours.
Agency and white-label questions
Will my client know Flowful is involved?
Only if you want them to. The default is fully white-labelled: your brand, your domain, your support address. Some agencies prefer to introduce us as their AI team on technical calls, which is equally fine. It is set per client, not once for the whole partnership.
What margin can we make?
You are quoted partner pricing on setup and monthly fees and set your own retail price on top, so the margin is yours to decide rather than a fixed commission. Bundling a second product for the same client also carries a discount, which most agencies keep as margin rather than passing on.
Do we need technical people on our side?
No. The common setup is that your account manager owns the client relationship and we handle everything technical. If you do have developers, they can be as involved as they want. Several partners take over the day-to-day tuning themselves once they are comfortable.
What if a client asks for something outside the packages?
That is the custom-project path, and it works the same way: we scope and build it, you keep the client. A proof of concept in one to two weeks is often the right first step when the request is unusual enough that nobody should be quoting a full build yet.
Who is responsible if the AI gets an answer wrong?
We are, operationally: monitoring, retuning and fixing are part of the monthly fee. Contractually you hold the client relationship, which is why we build with human validation in the loop by default and only move to fully automatic sending where the accuracy on real history justifies it.
Can we resell to clients outside Belgium and France?
Yes. Hosting is in Europe and the systems are multilingual by design, so the constraint is your own market reach rather than ours. GDPR-compliant processing and a signed DPA come as standard, which is usually the first question a larger client asks.
Resell all of this under your own brand
Every package on this page can be delivered white-label: your brand, your domain, your pricing. You keep the client relationship and the retainer, we build and run the technology behind it.
