How is Flowcal different from Calendly or Cal.com?
Standalone, Flowcal is a comparable scheduling tool. The real difference is connectivity: when paired with our AI packages, customers book through your chatbot, by phone, or via email reply. Plus, Flowcal is self-hosted on your infrastructure with full data ownership.
Do I have to take another Flowful package to use Flowcal?
No. Flowcal works standalone with a public booking page and an embeddable widget. The AI value kicks in when you combine it with our chatbot, voice, or email packages.
Is it really unlimited team members?
Yes. Pricing is based on booking volume, not seats. Add as many collaborators as you need without any per-user charge.
What's the difference between round-robin and collective booking?
Round-robin assigns each new booking to one collaborator using a fair counter (great for sales calls or first-available consultations). Collective requires all assigned collaborators to be free at the same time and creates the event for each of them (great for panel interviews or workshops).
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. Self-hosted means your booking data stays on your infrastructure. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by default. EU-only hosting is available.
Can I customize the branding?
Logo, brand name, headings, and email sender are all configurable from the admin panel. No code changes required.
How long does deployment take?
Most Flowcal deployments are live within 2 to 3 weeks. The timeline depends on the number of booking types, calendars to sync, and any custom integrations.
