Alia Nature: AI Chatbot for a network of independent sales advisors

An AI helper for the Community

Alia Nature is a network marketing company offering eco-responsible products through a community of 1,000+ independent sales advisors. To support and empower their advisors, they set up a private community site (aliacommunity.com) featuring courses, events, news, and files and videos.

Our project was to build a member-only web chatbot that pulls information from the community web site. Since the site’s data is split across various modules and plugins, we developed custom REST API integrations for each. We used the Voiceflow platform for the chatbot, integrated it with WhatsApp via Flowbridge, and even added support for fetching YouTube video transcripts and processing e-commerce exports as no API was available.

The result? Sales advisors now enjoy fast, easy access to key information, and support teams save time by reducing repetitive queries.
